The Financial Overview feature in UpKeepDay provides a clear, organized snapshot of all financial activities, both by student and by class. For each student, teachers can track payment history, outstanding balances, and tuition fees. For classes, the overview shows the total income, payments made, and any pending amounts. This detailed financial breakdown allows educators to monitor their earnings, view payment statuses, and manage their finances with ease, ensuring transparency and accuracy in all transactions.
Automated Invoicing & Payment Options
Invoices are generated automatically and made available to students in the student portal, along with the payment options specified by the teacher. Teachers only need to input the class price and payment options once during class setup, and UpKeepDay automatically handles invoice generation for each enrolled student. Students then receive these invoices and payment options directly in their student portal.
Invoice Summary by Student
The Invoice Summary by Student feature provides a clear breakdown of each student’s invoice, including session details, charges, payments made, and outstanding balances.
Payment tracking provides a transaction summary
When a student pays through the UpKeepDay portal, the payment is automatically recorded as a deposit in their account. As attendance is marked, the deposit is reduced by the session charge, providing a clear, real-time view of the student’s payment activity. This functions similarly to a bank statement, offering transparency and easy tracking of balances for teachers.
